For our upstairs addition, we wanted something nice in the open areas and passageway.Went the look that best reflected what the downstairs 60yr old floor would look like after a cut and polish. Didn’t bother with a floating option, had this glued down. The samples in the display can only show so much. Kieran was really helpful, explained pros/cons, price points, and gave us plenty of samples to take home for a look at in the space. We liked this one sample piece, and were then set on the product. Real Aussie timber layer 4mm wood, not a laminated composite top.We’re stoked with our result, and we hope the photos show others just how good this floor is on a large area.We had 50m2 installed.

The biggest thing someone will see is the floors. The next biggest thing is the expertise, speed and efficiency. When Brodie, Owen and Geoff turned up on the morning of the floor lay, I didn't know what to think. But they rolled their sleeves up and go to it. Nothing was too hard. Nothing was a troublem polite, friendly, easy to talk to you and extremely knowledgeable - the floors were done by 4pm. And so clean. They left the place sparkling by the time they wrapped up. We couldn't have been happier with Rick's advice, knowledge and time spent with us. We were able to take some full length boards home to see which suited our space best. We didn't feel like we were just a sale, Rick has a lot of pride in his business. The product was quality and reasonably priced.Rick recommended Brody and Owen for removal and install of our floors. He stated they were the best in the business, we would have to agree! From being on time for the quote, giving great advice, through to the removal of our tiles from the slab, then install of our flooring these guys were fantastic. From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. Brody and his team did an absolutely amazing job fixing our slab (we had had slate removed) and laying the flooring. The cost of the flooring installation was so so reasonable.
