From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. Brody and his team did an absolutely amazing job fixing our slab (we had had slate removed) and laying the flooring. The cost of the flooring installation was so so reasonable.
