From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. We were at another flooring shop and a customer overheard us getting advice from a staff member. She then saw us outside in the car park and apologised for hearing our conversation then said “before you buy, check Karma floors out, they won’t sell you what you don’t need and we saved thousands”. So we took her advice and went to Karma. We were so happy with the service and advice we received. We ordered our floors that week and they were amazing. It really was a seem-less experience. The floors were installed in just one day a few weeks later. I’ve honestly never seen more punctual and fast working tradesmen. The floors are perfect and we couldn’t be happier. The team at Karma flooring are so incredibly helpful and informative. They aren’t pushy and don’t upsell, in fact in my situation they recommended the cheaper option of laminate would be better for my situation instead of the vinyl and hybrid I was looking at which was 2-3 times MORE in price. They went over and above in my dealings with them and I am super happy with the entire transaction. I would highly recommend Karma flooring to everyone.

Karma flooring made the journey of replacing my carpet with floorboards a lot easier.
