Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). I had been to various flooring places to get the right advice about what type of flooring be suitable and left knowing no more than I did. A friend recommended that I should try Karma Flooring. Fran who works at the Bayswater store was just wonderful. Fran answered all my questions, showed me options. I ordered my new floors that day, I am so happy with my new laminated floors. She then saw us outside in the car park and apologised for hearing our conversation then said “before you buy, check Karma floors out, they won’t sell you what you don’t need and we saved thousands”. So we took her advice and went to Karma. We were so happy with the service and advice we received. We ordered our floors that week and they were amazing. It really was a seem-less experience. The team at Karma flooring are so incredibly helpful and informative. They aren’t pushy and don’t upsell, in fact in my situation they recommended the cheaper option of laminate would be better for my situation instead of the vinyl and hybrid I was looking at which was 2-3 times MORE in price.
