From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. Brody and his team did an absolutely amazing job fixing our slab (we had had slate removed) and laying the flooring. The cost of the flooring installation was so so reasonable. After 25 years of having slate my dream of floorboards has come true and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. Karma you are a hidden gem and I’m so glad I walked into your showroom! My sincerest thanks to Fran, Bayswaters’ Operations Manager. I was in the need of material for a project at home. When welcomed into the store by Fran, I explained my situation. Not needing a full roll, Fran invited me through into the tidiest warehouse in Melbourne and promptly found a remnant roll of foam underlay. Generously, Fran offered me the roll, which I graciously accepted. Half way back to my car with half a roll of underlay under my arm, I fully appreciated the feeling of good karma. If your looking for flooring, I wholly recommend your visit Karma!
