For our upstairs addition, we wanted something nice in the open areas and passageway.Went the look that best reflected what the downstairs 60yr old floor would look like after a cut and polish. Didn’t bother with a floating option, had this glued down. The samples in the display can only show so much. Kieran was really helpful, explained pros/cons, price points, and gave us plenty of samples to take home for a look at in the space. We liked this one sample piece, and were then set on the product. Real Aussie timber layer 4mm wood, not a laminated composite top.We’re stoked with our result, and we hope the photos show others just how good this floor is on a large area.We had 50m2 installed.

When Brodie, Owen and Geoff turned up on the morning of the floor lay, I didn't know what to think. But they rolled their sleeves up and go to it. Nothing was too hard. Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). I had been to various flooring places to get the right advice about what type of flooring be suitable and left knowing no more than I did. A friend recommended that I should try Karma Flooring. Fran who works at the Bayswater store was just wonderful. Fran answered all my questions, showed me options. I ordered my new floors that day, I am so happy with my new laminated floors. She then saw us outside in the car park and apologised for hearing our conversation then said “before you buy, check Karma floors out, they won’t sell you what you don’t need and we saved thousands”. So we took her advice and went to Karma. We were so happy with the service and advice we received. We ordered our floors that week and they were amazing. It really was a seem-less experience. The floors were installed in just one day a few weeks later. I’ve honestly never seen more punctual and fast working tradesmen. The floors are perfect and we couldn’t be happier. They aren’t pushy and don’t upsell, in fact in my situation they recommended the cheaper option of laminate would be better for my situation instead of the vinyl and hybrid I was looking at which was 2-3 times MORE in price.
