We didn't feel like we were just a sale, Rick has a lot of pride in his business. The product was quality and reasonably priced.Rick recommended Brody and Owen for removal and install of our floors. He stated they were the best in the business, we would have to agree! From being on time for the quote, giving great advice, through to the removal of our tiles from the slab, then install of our flooring these guys were fantastic. I think I have at some point had dealings with the whole team, Kieran, Fran, Rick and Janelle have all been unbelievably patient with my questions and demands. Genuine care for the customer and pride in ones work is often not easy to find these days however Karma has this in bucket loads. They also know their products inside and out and helped navigate through the huge choice of flooring resulting in us having a floor that is both stunningly gorgeous and hugely practical. Exceptional Service!!! Karma Flooring truly goes above and beyond to take care of clients, regardless of the sales size. No task is too small for them. We visited Karma flooring last Saturday afternoon wanting to purchase a small piece of architrave (not able to find in Bunnings), The sales executive at Karma went through the warehouse patiently trying to find us a matching piece, for ONLY a few dollars worth. From the moment I stepped into the showroom Rick was so helpful. I’d had two quotes prior to going to Karma and I had a gut feeling those companies weren’t being honest and I was right! Rick was so knowledgeable. We choose 1 in 20 laminate in spotted gum. They let me take samples home (full length boards). Fran, who is such a joy to deal with, went out her way to match the scotia as best she could. Brody and his team did an absolutely amazing job fixing our slab (we had had slate removed) and laying the flooring. The cost of the flooring installation was so so reasonable. After 25 years of having slate my dream of floorboards has come true and I’m absolutely thrilled with the result. Karma you are a hidden gem and I’m so glad I walked into your showroom! Not needing a full roll, Fran invited me through into the tidiest warehouse in Melbourne and promptly found a remnant roll of foam underlay. Generously, Fran offered me the roll, which I graciously accepted. Half way back to my car with half a roll of underlay under my arm, I fully appreciated the feeling of good karma.
